With a career spanning more than 30 years in the commercial aviation industry, Abacate Amarelo's managing director is an established leader in international environments, representing several airlines and standing out for her expertise in marketing, sales, communication and customer service. She has been responsible for promoting and selling the Angola brand in throughout the globe, including Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East.

Her strategic vision and experience in drawing up and executing annual business plans and commercial activities has contributed to developing brand awareness and establishing sustainable commercial relationships with clients and corporate partners.

With a degree in Marketing from the London School of Design and Marketing, her commitment to continuous development is profoundly evidenced by the enrichment of her knowledge through additional executive training in critical areas such as Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning, Digital Marketing and Purpose Driven Business.

Sandra Nogueira, Pedagogical Director

With a robust and multifaceted profile, Abacate Amarelo's pedagogical director has played a vital role in various professional and geographical fields throughout her career. Having specialized as a certified trainer in Portuguese, both as a foreign language and as a second language, for 26 years in Angola and Portugal, she has also been a certified Spanish trainer for 16 years. With a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Education, Sandra Nogueira has expanded her work beyond the boundaries of language teaching, delving deeply into the behavioral and cultural field over the last 20 years.

Her fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English has enabled her to work and lead projects in Angola, Portugal, the United States and the United Kingdom.

With a degree in Fashion Design and a specialization in Luxury Management from Católica Business & Economics, Ana Paula masterfully blends her academic background with her practical skills, guiding projects from conception to execution in various geographies such as Angola, Portugal and Italy.

A specialist in several areas, such as Public Relations, Networking, Cost Control and Luxury Marketing, she has an intrinsic ability to develop and build lasting professional relationships, always with a focus on honesty and commitment.
